According to our records, you have a profile under the email address clmntterry69@gmail.com on our site Tendermeets.com.
To register a profile, a person needs to have full access to the registered email because only from it the account can be activated. Since both email address and your card were used on the site, we assume that the cardholder is also the owner of this profile.

We do apologize for any misunderstanding, but you were clearly presented with the full price and package in front of you, and by pressing the 'Pay Now' button you confirmed the charge and agreed to our Terms of Use. Please be informed that on our Payment Page you can see the price for every membership plan per day, so you can see how much you save by picking bigger packages. By pressing a specific membership package you are presented with the full amount that you need to pay for it at the moment.
We cannot change the package that you have chosen, since you confirm it before purchasing.

We would like to bring your attention to the fact that all packages on our site are re-billable by default. As it is stated in our Terms of Use and Billing Policy, if you do not cancel this membership plan before the expiration date, it will automatically convert to our 1-month membership plan. This information was available to you before the upgrade as well as you may check full Terms of Use at the bottom of any site page. Therefore, when purchasing any membership plan, you confirm that you agree to our policy.

If you order any membership package, it is necessary to cancel your subscription within the given period of time, otherwise, you will be billed for next circle of membership. Unfortunately, it hasn't been done in your case.
By the way, after making an initial payment a customer always receives a confirmation email with the date, the amount of the payment and even specific time of the next charge, therefore, you had all the information of our Billing Policy.
Please be informed that we have canceled your subscription to avoid any future billing.
